Behold the Jain Paw, the furry version of the Jain Hand.

I made this symbol for a character I came up with who is a follower of Jainism, it’s going to be part of a tattoo she has on her back. I’ll post the tattoo design after this one.

Jainism or Jaina dharma is an interesting religion and one of India's oldest faiths. It teaches that the way to liberation and bliss is to live lives of harmlessness and renunciation. So basically, non-violence to all living things, sadly, that doesn’t suit me. It’s not that I’m a violent person quite the opposite. I just believe that sometimes violence is necessary, but should be avoided!
