Anyways this is Ollinid-Isthmael-Argollan but you should just call him Ollie. he is a vecol, his mother had been affected by an other-worldly virus that resulted in him having been born without a left arm and front left leg. The virus damaged his dna so he can't just morph his arm and leg into existence and since he was a weak baby he was shunted off before anyone considered using medical technology to try and fix him.

Blah blah blah he hates the fact that vecols are forced to endure isolation from the other Andalites.

In the multiple AU's I'd stick him in, I imagine him commandeering a ship and flying off into space to have awesome good times, possibly with some of his vecol friends.

I like to imagine in another AU that the Earth has both Humans and Andalites living together on it, but vecols are not allowed by the Andalite council to live on earth unless they become nothlits trapped in human form, but Ollie decides to not give up his morphing abilities and lives as a human who takes frequent bathroom breaks due to irritable bowel syndrome, until he is found out by other Andalites and is forced back into the vecol section but eventually leads a coup that will result in the Andalite people on Earth to reconsider their stance on vecols and good stuff happens the end.
