One of the first artists that I discovered over on deviantART was ~neoecco, and she's still one of my very favorites. She's incredibly kind, she totally knows her cetaceans, and, of course, her art is unbelievably appealing. Materials: Sculpey, acrylic paints, Tria marker, Mod Podge, and embroidery thread.
