My new fictional country I made. This is Caran, a fictional country located in the Black Sea, west of Georgia (not the U.S.A State). It was a territory claimed by the Americans, the Arabs and the Russians until it gained independence on April 14, 1982. Strikes (which involved gun shootings by police) had led into a civil war which lasted from 1995 to 2002. 3,345 people died in the civil war and 29 cities and towns were destroyed. The capital is Bellingham. Caran has a major investment in flamingos and rubies. The flag has a bird sitting at a table with a candle, writing on a piece of paper.
