So I've had this concept in my head for a while now about a giant bird-like monster that rules this mountain/mountain range or something and there are all these legends, scary stories about him or some shit spread around by villagers of nearby mountain range or something. His feathers shine like ice, and his down and fluffier feathers sparkle like snow. Also he makes sounds like the howling wind.

I don't know if I want him to actually control blizzards/the weather or not, I guess it all depends on if I want him to be a territorial jerk or a guardian of the mountains who just tries to keep people from wandering up into the blizzards and getting killed. HMMM.

I had a name for him, but then I forgot it.
