Partially the anatomy and proportions, but mostly the eyes and colours. The usual pony art has them with disproportionate heads and eyes. Not to mention the overbearing colours.
You've drawn it with a slightly more realistic touch. The colours are a bit more desaturated, which I prefer.
All in all, if ponies were all done like this, I might've actually gone for the fandom.
