To avoid confusion:
He's sharpening his small knife with a well-worn leather strap tied to a long piece of wood for a fence.

This is an old drawing from an old sketchbook. I forgot what inspired it, but it definitely had something to do with farming and Australia... perhaps a little Crocodile Dundee 3 too. *shrugs*
I didn't upload it then because I thought of adding a background with Eucalyptus trees and stuff... well that didn't happen. I'd rather upload it as is (aside from resizing and cleaning it up in Paint -yes, Paint-, it's what I basically did) than leave it yellowing in the sketchbook.

Funny I didn't give him a name but I did give him a backstory (it just came to me while drawing it, so I jotted it down):

"Once a full-blown office workaholic, now an Eucalyptus tree farmer/entrepeneur. Started gardening as both a way to relieve his stress/high-blood pressure and maybe cut back on his grocery bill.
Enjoyed it so much that he moved out of the city to his own piece of land."
