No specified Mask or Elemental powers by  seely just yet, but at least I was able to keep his character's shirt, baggy shorts, dingo tail, green eyes, and nice blade/chain combo XP I couldn't make a good head ATM, so I used a blue mask for her blue hair, kept the shins, forearms, hands & feet grey for Seel's fur, and added on a bit of armor because all Toa need some sort of protection from makuta XP

Anyways, I like Seel's stuff a lot, and I wanted to take a shot at MOCing a fursona, so...I picked one I thought I could do XP
