This kitty-taur is the inventor of the time traveling technology, back when she was a he and walked on two legs rather than four. It was an unfortunate accident, but one for the better, she always says. She likes to dye her hair and wear corsets and the fur-tattoo on her rump was from before the accident, back when she was dating a certain Wiger and they got matching tattoos... But after the accident they agreed it would be better not to still see each other, seeing as both liked males.
I may explain how fur tattoos are done, if you ask me nicely. Or I may explain it at a latter date.
