Fiona sighed softly watching the snow whistling past the window, a full scale heavy blizzard in effect.
She'd deeply wished and hoped, her first christmas with Koku would be together.

But the weather had other ideas.

"It'll be okay miss" A soft voice said as a little winged mouse flitted past landing on her shoulder.
"I know she's thinking of you just now." Lazzyz quietly whispered nuzzling up against Fiona's ear.

"I know pet's pet, I know ... but.." She slowly slumped down careful not to dislodge the small mouse.
"You wish things could be different?" Another voice asked as the dragon rabbit hybrid nuzzled up against her, his wing unfurling against her body.

Fiona smiled softly stroking under his muzzle giving it a little smooch, "Yes ... I do."
She blushed and snuggled the dragon softly into her lap, despite being larger then her they always found a way to make it work.
"I really wanted to give her a present, in person for once, rather then it turn up in the mail..."
Lazzyz flitted around softly patpating the puppy on her head, "Aww miss... It's okay, you'll be together soon."

Fiona nodded and slinked across to her basket sitting on it softly as her pet and her pet's pet slunk across slowly sitting at her feet.
"M...miss..." Drabit started quietly, "I'm afraid... I wasn't able to get you a present this year."
"L...likewise miss." Lazzyz admitted his wings drooping sadly.

Fiona simply beamed and cuddled them both up into her puppy basket with her.
"Oh you silly pets, you are always the very best present I could ever want in life."
Drabit and Lazzy blushed softly snuggling in as all three drifted off to sleep.
