Personally, I think this is an accurate representation of what a Humanized pony might look like, Better then RD's Blue skin and knee high running shoes.

yeah, Look at Elmer Fudd and nearly every "western" animation style, humans only have three fingers for the most part there. and there is the episode where one of the pinkies inflates fingers for herself, and she only has three fingers and a thumb there.
