You should talk to someone or something. Most often times whenever I'm trying to talk to someone having problems they refuse to open up. Try talking to someone you trust about whatever it is you're going through.

Im there a lot too.
Sometimes it lingers around me, sometimes it goes away, but the solace I find is at least three people in my life (despite hardly any interaction) would be heavily impacted.

My dad still tries so hard to pick me up from the lows and my childhood friend has the same depression issues, but we help eachother out.
And of course my mate.
