The mask is mass-produced; I actually own this mask. I bought it about five (!) years ago and it didn't fit me at all then but it fits an adult fine.
Vision is awful, I can affirm. S/he's looking through two slits under the second row of neck plates. S/he probably requires that staff to get around remotely well, expecially in (what looks like to be) digitigrade stilts. Respect.
