Today I was just called a racist because I said that I didn't like Obama. This is just plain silly. I know racism exists, but it seems that people are pulling the race card whenever they feel like somebody disagrees with them. It is cheap, it is silly, and it is dismissive. It only serves to divide us. This seems to be a huge problem with our country. You are not allowed to say anything bad about anybody who is black without being called a racist. And yet black people talk about how white people are so stupid, calling us dumb white crackas.

People are blaming their own failures on racism. Dropped out of school? Racism. Got caught doing crime? Racism. Got fired from a job? Racism. I heard a story about how the NAACP was enraged over what they found to be a "racist" audio graduation card. "The Hallmark card reads, "Hey world, we are officially putting you on notice," before playfully touting the ambitious future of the new graduate.
Characters known as "Hoops" and "Yoyo" banter on: "And you black holes, you are so ominous. Watch your back." (The card had a space theme.) But the NAACP heard "And you black whores, you are so ominous, watch your back."

What kind if silliness is this? People need to stop pulling the race card unless it is actual racism. Otherwise, that is just playing the victim. And if you always play the victim, you can't get anywhere with your life, you have to strive to overcome adversity. Be a victor, not a victim. /rant
