What The Fuzz Fur Club is Springfield MO's Finest Place To Meet New Furry Friends

WTF-FC has been created to breathe some fresh air into the Springfield, MO furry following. We used to have such a strong community in the area, but over the years there has been slow, but sure, falling out. Our goal is to bring us all back together through free meet ups and events.

Everyone from Springfield to Timbuktu is welcome to join (Just watch us), but keep in mind that our meetings are going to be held in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. Please invite everyone and anyone who wants to get out and about once or so a month to hang out with the other furs in the area. Our first event will be held once we have enough people interested, so the quicker we get people on board, the quicker we can all get out and start having fun!

Events will include anything and everything that the GROUP votes on! Yes, you, the group members will be the ones generating ideas and suggestions for our next meet up! Just drop your ideas in the shouts down below or send us a note. Once we get some ideas together, we will post a journal and start taking votes for the ideas that seem the most doable and enjoyable at the moment.

As I'm sure you're thinking "What if I don't have any extra money to go to these events?", well the good news is that we aim to make as many of these events as possible to be completely free! Time are tough and money isn't just lying around for most people, we understand that and will try to work with everyone to make sure that we can all have fun together and that nobody is left out. In the near future we will have a donations page set up to help those in need go to events that cost couple of dollars (like the Arcade or $2 movies) and a car pull list of those who are willing to help members get to and from events and activities

Events!
Submit your suggestions for what you think should be our FIRST group event. Event suggestion should include an idea for a place to eat after we are done with whatever we would be doing. Make sure that it is open late and okay with large parties, also being fursuit and laptop friendly in always a HUGE plus.

We will keep everyone up to date on when and where this will take place. Keep in mind we probably will not have enough people to set a date for at least a month or two, so make sure your suggestions are time and weather appropriate!

Monthly Contests!
We are now taking submissions for January's Icon! There is no set theme or submission criteria, but seeing as it will be January something Wintery or related to New Year's is always a good idea. The winner will get a small gift along with having their icon displayed on our page and as the featured submission.

Starting now and running until we have at least 50 watchers in the Missouri Area that can attend our events, members who refer other furs to the group will be entered into a raffle to win free admission to our next event and a free meal (under $15) at the next restaurant we visit!

The rules are simple:
Step 1-Have a friend watch our page
Step 2-Have them send us a note, after they have watched us, telling us that they were referred by you
Step 3-You have now revived one ticket into our raffle!

There is no limit to how many tickets you can receive as long as those who you referred live in the area. So send some notes and let everyone know about us in your journal!
