Hello and Welcome to Writers: United! This is a group/page for all the writers here on FurAffinity to come together and share ideas, hang out, post their works they feel should be shared, and to overall give us a sense of true belonging in the furry community. Membership is easy to obtain: all you must to is 1. be a 'writer' by your own terms and 2. send a short message to either Writers: United or to Simeon Wolf asking to be a member. That's all you gotta do! ^_^

What goes on in this group/page is up to the members, so the more of us that join, the more we will get out of the group. We will have contests, open discussions, give each other positive criticisms and tips, and overall just have fun being writers.

A few rules are that we tolerate each other's ideas and try to build each other up to be better writers rather than make this a huge competition to see who is the 'best' writer. All topics, genres, styles, 'fetishes,' etc. are accepted and eagerly welcomed. This is a progressive group. Also, not really a rule, but kind of a good idea is to try to submit or share some of your own writing, even if it's only one thing, so that we can get a sense of what you like to do. Another thing is to have an open mind; there are some critiques that we're not expecting, but it's always good to think outside the box, especially your own. In other words, be open to different ideas and don't make quick, judgemental assumptions please. ^_^

Finally, this isn't really an art group, but if you think you'd have a RELATED piece of artwork you'd like to share, that'd be excellent and most welcome. Again, approval will be through Writers: United and it's administrator(s).
