I hate the damn state budget :[ (G)

So yeah I totally got chosen as one of the top 49 graduating seniors in the state and the award is supposed to come with a scholarship that will pay for all of my tuition next year. ALL OF IT. But now because of the damn budget, that part got cut, and now the scholarship is gone. eight grand out the window....
