Am I the problem? (G)

For a while now, i have been losing friends left right and center. I make new friends easily but anywhere between a few days and a year they start to either fall away, ignore me, or just outright block me from their lives.
Making friends so easily is surprising as I only had a friend or 2 while growing up. But they were not constant due to the fact my parents separated before I started with school, and having being forced to live with my mother, we moved multiple times and I ended up in 5 different schools. the longest lasting was high school.
And as for the last 10 years I been working, I only started making friends about 4 years ago. and even then the friendships would only last a maximum of a year.
My relationships with potential partners is exactly the same, so I am starting to think that I am the problem in all these failed attempts. Even when I try to keep them all happy or do what they wanna do. or when i try be more assertive.
What are your thoughts?
