Fall is Near! (G)
Hello everyone. Been a while since I've checked in Sorry about that. As you may or may not know, i have a retail job in retail every week. We get quite busy during the summer - which only exacerbates my poor time management skills. But I'm getting help for that.
As August comes to a close here in the southeast US, the weather is definitely starting to change. The days grow shorter. The nights cooler. And the air has hints of autumn on the breeze. But it still fluctuates back and forth and likely will right on through September.
But it seems like people are tired of the heat because things are really ramping up for autumn. People are buying candy and decorations and there is a definite mood in the air that people are ready for summer to be over. I can't say that I disagree - if only for a respite to catch my breath before the holiday rush. This summer has really been a blur. Hard to believe it's already over - but I won't miss the heat for sure. This wolf is ready for some cooler weather, oooh and spooky stories. More on that to come.
