By ordering a commission from me, you agree with all the points of my ToS and confirm that all the characters used are of legal age and belong to you, or the owner has given you consent to use these characters.

1. What I draw and don't draw

I draw: SFW, NSFW arts, comics. Species: anthro, feral(specify), dragons, author species, monsters, fan-characters. In any case, you must provide me with a reference of your character for approval.
I don’t draw: NSFW art involving minors/underage characters

2. Payment and refund

I accept payment via PayPal and PaySend(+gift sketch). 100% prepayment only.
No refunds! I do not have the ability to transfer money to foreign accounts, so when buying, please be sure that you really want to buy this.

4. Deadline and order cancellation

The deadline can vary from 2 days to several months, depending on the complexity of the order and my workload. The approximate deadline will be announced when discussing the order. If I have to postpone the deadline, I will inform you about it and offer compensation options.
I reserve the right to cancel any order before payment. After payment, the order will be completed in any case.

5. References

You must provide good quality reference sheets for all the characters in the commission. If you don't have a reference sheet, but you have art with this character, it might be suitable, ask me. I do draw characters based on text descriptions, but it depends on the case :3

6. Edits

If you want to add or remove something, such edits should be made at the sketching stage or before rendering. After rendering, I can only change colors or some small details.

8. Copyright

It is forbidden to: remove my watermark from the drawing, assign authorship to yourself or someone else, publish the work without specifying my authorship.
All the characters depicted on the art are owned by their authors and are not for sale. It is forbidden to use images and characters for your own purposes, projects and role-playing, if you are not the owner of the character indicated by the link under the art.
