I reserve the right to change this TOS at any time.

This document is best viewed on the desktop version. I am working to make it more mobile-friendly.

Please read over this document in its entirety before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms.

Commissions will be completed in the order in which payment is received.

I am most active on my Twitter account - venomsnowfloof. I will get to DMs there the fastest. You can also message me on Telegram - venomsnowfloof.

Art Commissions

Please understand that I am still a very amateur artist. I DO NOT work well with very specific poses and scenes, but I am always willing to try. If you’re unsure about this, feel free to send me a DM and we can discuss it.
When commissioning me, please specify…
The type of commission you want. If you want something not specified on my commission sheet, just ask!
If you would like anything OTHER than fully shaded color (prices include cell shading).
The theme, expression, and/or general concept of the idea.
I require:
A clear, unshaded, preferably digital reference sheet.
I will draw:
Furries, scalies, almost all species, and almost all anthro characters.
Furry characters in a feral style.
I will not draw:
Hateful images or symbols.
Humans.
Mechs.
Machinery (cars, industrial buildings, etc.)
In someone else’s style.
At this time, NSFW commissions are limited to friends/mutuals only.
When the commission process has started, I will send a work in progress (WIP) image at the following progression points:
Sketch
Once a sketch is approved, the piece will not be drastically changed. I will change colors/markings that I missed in the reference sheet without charge.
Line Art
Flat Color
Completed Image
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER LINE ART HAS BEEN APPROVED.
I, however, reserve the right to cancel and refund a commissioner should they act inappropriately, which is determined at my own discretion.
If a WIP has been sent and you have not responded within a week, I will take that as approval to continue with the piece.
You may not claim credit to my artwork or state that it was made by you.
The art belongs to you, but you may not profit or monetize my artwork without my explicit permission.

Adopts

Periodically, I will sell adopts made entirely by myself or I will create designs and use either free-to-use or pay-to-use bases made by other people.
If I use a base, the creator of the base will be listed and I can provide it to the buyer.
If the art is made entirely by me, it will be stated.
The buyer will receive a non-watermarked version of the art via email.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PURCHASED ADOPTS.
Once you’ve purchased the adopt, the character in its entirety belongs to you and you are free to change it however you wish.
Please do not resell the adopt for more than it was purchased for unless it has more art with it. I cannot stop you from doing this, but if I notice you resell the adopt alone for more than it was purchased for, I will block and blacklist you from doing business with me.

Payment

Payment is taken via PayPal, Venmo, and/or Cashapp either before the commission begins or after the sketch has been approved.
Prices are as follows:
Symmetrical Chibi Headshot: $25
Headshot/Badge: $35
Halfbody/Bust: $45
Fullbody: $55
SFW Dakimakura: $65 Front View or $120 Front and Back Views. Comes with a Pillow/Sheet Style Background and No Extra Charge for Clothes.
Reference Sheet (includes front and back full body views, front and back symmetrical head views, mouth view, hand, foot, and tail): Starting at $100 - Complex characters may cost extra.
Extras:
Add a Second Character: +75%
Make It a Scene: +50%
Add Clothing: +10%-25% (this depends on the complexity of the clothes)
Make Any Picture Symmetrical: -25%
Flat Color Instead of Shaded: -25%
Listed prices include cell shading and a simple blurred or colored background.
If you would like something that is not specified on my commission sheet, just ask! Anything that is not specified will require a quote.
Multiple limbs, wings, complex markings, etc. may cost extra.
Prices for adopts vary and are stated when posted.
