My mate, Teiko, has made a post in the FA forums regarding the debate on SL Photography on FA. While I'm not going to go into the detail that she did, I think people in general have a misunderstanding of what the difference is between a Screenshot/Snapshot and an artistic Photograph. Also that the TOS of Second Life itself explicitly states that uploading or creating something in SL grants the right for all users to use said content in machinima and screenshots without needing permission. Permission is granted at time of creation and/or upload.

Please read her post for a more thorough explanation of this and support the use of SL Photography as an artistic expression rather than simply a "screenshot of a game".
