Welcome to my terms of service journal, please read carefully before commissioning me! It will clear any confusion regarding commissions. It will be updated if there's need for it.

Before you commission
• You should have reference of the character: drawn or 3d model (in good lighting, Second Life screenshots are fine).
• I mostly draw SFW but sexual or non-sexual nudity is fine, if there’s some difficult parts it would be charged additionally.
• If you have only front view of the character, I either won’t accept commission or you could be charged designing fee.
• Minimum for my deadline – one month. If my minimum deadline change due to any circumstances, I will try to warn you beforehand.
• Listed prices is a base prices. Price may increase later due to some fees.

Payment & Fees
• Full payment after receiving sketch. (You can do full payment after I confirm that I agree with your commission if you prefer)
• Payment is done through Paypal only.
• A fee (minimum 2$) would be charged if client would want to change sketch completely after confirmation AND if asked for big changes if the work has already started (on lineart/flat colors/shading step) after the sketch has been confirmed.
• No fee will be charged for changes if I consider the change to be minor or mistake on my behalf.
• No extra fee for private commissions.
• Additional character +100% of price from price-list. Paying full price (excluding added amount for background if there's one) per each character.
• Designing fee (charged only if some parts of character (example: back of the character) is not shown and I have to design it myself):
ㅤㅤo If patterns are easy, then no payment
ㅤㅤo If patterns are medium hard, then +10$
ㅤㅤo If patterns are hard, then +15-20$

Refunds
In case you asked for refund, then:
• No refund if I complete the work.
• Full refund if I don’t meet the deadline and draw nothing OR drew sketch but it wasn’t confirmed by client (I'll give you it anyway)
• Discussed refund if sketch has been done and confirmed (I will receive only half of the price for as if I did colored lineart. Example: If you commissioned shaded fullbody 30$ and I did sketch, I will receive only 5$ and other 25$ will be refunded to you).
In case I ask for refund:
• Full refund if I cancel commission myself (lost my interest/artblock/etc) at any step of work and I’ll send whatever that has been done already regarding the work.
• Discussed refund if I’m unable to finish the work due to any emergencies. If there’s any work that has been done, then it will be sent to you.

Copyright & Usage policy
• If you edit my work to either animate it or color it (If you commission lineart), always leave credit to the part that I have done (example: write something like “Lineart: Danaridana; Coloring: Me).
• You can ask for your commissioned piece to be private and you don’t have to pay for this and I won’t have any rights to post it anywhere and use it as my portfolio.
• I am not responsible for keeping copies of commission files once they are sent out. I may not have a copy of it a few months later.

Don’t:
• You can’t use my work for NFT.
• You can’t feed completed or uncompleted work to any AI nor can you enhance it by using it.
• Don’t make drastic changes to my work (example: character on completed work is looking according to provided reference, and then client changed body type and made work look more sexually appealing (larger breasts, larger butt, etc).
• You can’t use commissioned piece for commercial use.
• I won’t draw any characters (fan based or not) that has any connection either to Nintendo or Disney.
• You can’t ask for PSD file of the commissioned piece.
• Don’t remove my watermark.

Do:
• You can re-post commissioned piece as long as you leave credit.
• You can use commissioned piece for personal use (example: print it; print it on t-shirt; make stickers; make pins; etc)
• You can make minor/mid changes to my work (example: make outline; alter the colors; etc).
• You can, using file of completed commissioned piece, break it down into pieces and animate it.
• You can commission me fanart of character from some media. If you want me to draw them according to your headcanons, some designing fee could be charged.

I won’t draw:
• Complicated backgrounds
• Complicated mecha (cars, bikes, etc; toy cars, bikes and mecha body parts as hands are okay)
• Realism
• Sexual act between two or more characters
• No mobility obese type of fat (overweight is fine)
• Hyper muscle
• Messy diapers
• Inflation
• Enema equipment
• Slob
• Pregnancy
• Watersports or fecal play
• Necrophilia
• Zoophilia
• Rape
• Gore (unless it’s safe gore: fruit gore; plush gore; etc)
• Vomit
• Underage character in sexual manner
I will draw:
• Human and humanoid characters
• Anthro characters
• Feral characters
• Pony characters
Ask about other if not stated.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
