I collide with artists a lot here and there, so sometimes things may start off with a mutual watch
The problem here is that, while I may like certain pieces someone makes, or their art style, I may not like the content of their general output. One thing I picked up on is that, if I am "forgiving", I very quickly don't want to log into furaffinity anymore. Because I am only willing to see certain things when I am willing to wade through them for something else. So when I am willing, I go and do that.
There's this social game that overlaps with being an artist for most people, and that means, little things like mutuals, favorites and all those numbers, carry an extra weight and obligation. Except I don't really give a fuck who you are. I'm here to produce and observe acts and statements of love for 2d girls who are too good for us all anyway. I have a certain mindset that I KNOW won't be understood or appreciated by most, but that's beside the point because this is no more than
"I don't want to/I wish I didn't have to see that"
HOWEVER
There are individuals that interact with me that I have registered in my mind as artists, that I don't watch for above stated reasons, BUT I DO TRY TO VISIT and look at their gallery because I like their art.

I had to leave this here because I thought about this habit, then noticed an individual that may have been affected by this.

So I thought more of it, and realized, I probably have upset multiple individuals unknowingly by doing this

And also I will probably continue to make this mistake in the future, because the content of artists' output change with time.

Even if we aren't mutuals we can still be friends
Even if I don't acknowledge your presence as a number, I appreciate a lot of you, even as non-artist individuals
Just can't stomach leaving repetitive, minimal responses everywhere, nothing thankful or respectful about that
