Wait, when was art from disabled accounts made inaccessibe?? (G)

Went to fave something by Uni that had been sitting in my inbox since October of last year, and I found the item redirected to an "Account Disabled" page instead of showing the artwork. That used to not be the case. A disabled account's works could be browsed if you found a direct link to an upload.
This is sad. Over half of the artists on this site have left and disabled their accounts during several mass exodus events in the past. And more get spooked away by trolls and bots with each passing day. Now all of that artwork is just GONE. Permanently.
