I'm not technically an anthro-artist, although I do create many hybrid-creatures containing both human and animal traits. . . especially tentacles. I'm heavily inspired by the work of HP Lovecraft, and a large portion of my art is created in homage to his tales and characters, and is strongly influenced by non-Western artistic traditions.

Metaverse Extraordinary! (G)

So, one of the things that's sucked up a good part of my free time of late, and thus less chances to draw anthro, and only focusing on the non-anthro illustration projects. . .is that I've gone to virtual artistry. The arena in which I've expanded my artistic horizons is Second Life, a most extraordinary digital metaverse, certainly not a game, although, it does contain games concocted by the whim of the residents, including a Dune roleplaying one which also sucks up much of my time.
I realized that on FA, I can actually post my screenshots of my metaversal creations, so, this journal is to explain why I'm posting a bunch of screenshots of Second Life. They'll go to scraps in a few days.
For those who might play SL and want to stop by my virtual shop in its lovely snowy canyon, alongside a pleasant digital fjord and adjacent to a magical sort of winter parkland, the SLURL is-
