Help with buying a drawing tablet pls? (G)

Hi there everybody! I will make this short, sweet and simple. I am wanting to get into doing some art and want to buy a drawing tablet. But I have no idea what to look for in a good drawing tablet. Any kind of help is useful, information or recommendations on what to look for would be much appreciated. I don't need anything expensive right now, something good for a beginner would be perfect.
