Hello, I'm very tired of questions in my notes, and I have to write this journal.
My mental health is very bad. I'm sick. This year is hard for me, I had problems with my personal life, with motivation and in general I feel like I donβt want to live.
I don't receive any support. My relatives are very far away and I canβt just come to them to feel better.
Since last month I started therapy with a psychologist and am trying to rehabilitate myself. It helps me, a little. But it's only beginning.
And I ask you to help me.
Please be more patient for me and be understanding. No need to push me and ask. I have my list of debts, itβs right in the main journal, you just need to click a couple of buttons.
This is the first time I have had this condition and I am very scared for my life. Please, I will write to everyone and finish everything. But first of all, I want to return my condition to normal. It's important.
