I wanted to get your opinion on something as I have 1 small furry bucket list item I hope to get checked off in the near future. That item is a FURSUIT. My goodness I have wanted one for so long and seeing the youtube videos and posts only further adds fuel to my furry fire to get one. I already decided I want Robbie as my first fursuit. Not if, ands, or buts! Robbie is my choice. I'm a bunny through and through here as a furry!

With that being said I am hoping to pick your brains on some options. See I am on a strict budget so 7-10k+ for a fursuit is out of the question. I understand that the quality of work is second to none by those who charge that much for fursuits they make but to me, I don't see that as a logical option for personal and financial reasons. Yes I want a good fursuit but I don't want to spend that kind of money on a suit. I get chills thinking about dropping that kind of coin on suit. This is not a personal jab at the makers who charge that kind of money, it's just I a have been a financially responsible and frugal individual and I am not willing to go that high, love the suits I have seen in that price range, but not enough to part with that much money. My max budget is 5k. I can live with that for sure and still get something great out of it.

I did do some research and so far I have two options I am really high on. Not only are they financially friendly in regards to my budget, but they have good quality work. Both are over seas in foreign countries so naturally shipping will be....pricey. However the body of work was impressive enough to me to put them on my short list.

Now if any of these options are head scratchers to you, please let me explain my reasons:

1. Gao Peng: Believe it or not I have worked with Gao Peng before. They build me my wonderful plush of Jay-Jay https://www.furaffinity.net/view/63891294/ based on the artwork link. In spite of some miss steps in the beginning, they totally kicked the crap out of Budsies when it came to making my Jay-Jay plush. They refused to give up when I was beginning to second guess choosing them to build my plush not to mention I was a tough cookie with them. Yet in the end the final result blew me away. Their resilience and persistence in trying to make little old me happy is why I am considering them. The video link above is a sample of their work and that bunny is stinking cute. Granted Robbie's head will look much different but my goodness I LOVE THAT BODY SUIT! I am aware the style looks very kimono but I am still taking to them to see what can be done as I continue my research but I would be lying if these guys are not at the tippy top of my list. It does not hurt that affordability and flexibility with them is a bonus.

2.) One and only costumes. Yes they mass sell fursuit heads and such but I will admit the designs are very cute. Alex has been good with me and my 100 questions for her not to mention one advantage her company has (As well as gao peng) is that should I not be able to get a duct tape dummy completed They can work off specific measurements. That's huge as I am weary of duct tape dummies and would have trouble getting one made. See I am not keen on the idea of being touched in certain areas unless you are a doctor performing a medical exam so yeahh..... any who, aside from cute designs they are also affordable and flexible.

Truthfully I am torn. I really like both and both have their pros and cons. Since this fandom is chock full of people with experience in fursuiting I was hoping some of them are watching me and can provide some knowledge. Maybe let me know which of the two I should pursue as both are good makers with good prices for someone like me with a tight budget but willing to make some quality concessions to make my little furry bucket list dream a reality.
