2 years agoAs I've become aware of situations starting to happen, I will be putting out this TOS to stop particular circumstances from happening. Failure to comply to this TOS and I will put you on my blacklist. These may be subject to change + new stuff added in.
FREE CUSTOMS/GIFTED DESIGNS
- As these are gift designs, they must STAY gift designs. You may not try to trade these designs for other designs or art unless an added value is added through commission work.
- If the design's on Toyhouse -> If you have commissioned work added to the design and you'd like to sell, let me know and I'll change the permissions on the design so that you can add it to the trade listings. (Please remember to only sell the design for it's equal value!)
PURCHASED DESIGNS
- All purchases are final.
- If you'd like to resell the design you've purchased, you may do so for the equal value of the design. If you have commissioned work, that value will increase by each piece bought, but only by price of each piece. (EX. you can't sell a design for $400 when the commissioned work was only $50.)
PAYMENTS
- After purchasing a design, you MAY NOT try to chargeback in an attempt to keep your money and the design. It will result in me keeping the design and will automatically put you on my blacklist.
- Payments will always be done through Paypal in USD unless stated otherwise.
