This is my TOS and also open to any questions via notes. Due to recent events I finally found time to write this up.

TERMS OF SERVICE



GERENAL RULES



-I cannot take PayPal 

-I will usually send invoices via Stripe, but I will also be open to being paid via Ko-Fi. If there is another way you can pay, let me know.



>>>You do NOT need a Stripe account to pay! I just need an e-mail on which to send the invoice to!



-I take USD or EUR, other currencies may be discussed. This is for my own safety regarding services.



-Please inform me when you have paid so I can either work on your adopt/commission or send out files.



-No Refunds unless I fail to respond to you within a reasonable time-frame (a month or so)



-Payment must be due within 24 hours, unless you place a HOLD to get the money beforehand.



-Holds are available for up to two weeks. Downpayments are available.



-Adopts will not be sold to suspicious profiles, or accounts made within the last month.



-Do NOT rush me when I am working on a commission. I am a very busy person and do make time for art as much as I can. However, checking in if you haven't heard from me within two weeks is fine and I will usually give an update when I can.





ADOPT RIGHTS



-You are free to edit/redesign adopts sold to you.



-You may trade, or gift the adopts purchased. If you wish to resell them, resell them at the amount YOU paid for them + Any commission prices added onto the base price.



-Do inform me if you are selling/trading/gifting, this ENTIRELY OPTIONAL.



-If you cannot pay for the adopt, please let me know ahead of time. Times are tough right now and I understand.



-Only you, the buyer, may re-upload the adopts to whichever art-sites you use. So long as you give me credit.



COMMISSION INFO



-Many of the rules above apply



-I do not always take commissions, you are free to note me to see if I am available.



-I cannot draw humans with enough skill as I would want, maybe in the future.



-Adult art is not available, please do not ask me. I am not good in the department, nor do I wish to draw such material for others unless stated otherwise! This is not applicable to nudity.



BIG NO'S. I WILL NOT DRAW THE FOLLOWING:

-Hyper

-Vore

-Inflation

-Morbidly Obese

-Scat/Watersports



-No hate/racist/sexist/'phobic anything. This will not be tolerated.



COMMISSION PROCESS



-I ask for payment upfront! If you would rather pay for a partial and wait for a sketch that's fine, but you will be asked to pay the rest of the amount in order for your commission to be finished.



-I will send updates on your work back and forth either by notes or discord. I will make sure the rough sketch is good before showing you the clean sketch. Once you okay everything on the clean sketch then I will begin work on inking.



-The CLEAN SKETCH is when you are free to add or make dramatic changes! I will NOT make further changes when the inking process begins. This is way too much of a hassle and just ends up making things take longer than it should. 



-The INKING process will be shown once it is completed, and if your character does not have a set palette is where we can work on setting them down.



-The COLOR PROCESS is fine if you wish to adjust colors here and there, but that is about it.



-After you okay the final piece, I will send you a full res if possible or close-to. I make sure to resize enough to keep everything as crisp as possible. 



-I have the right to upload the finished piece onto my FA, but if you, for any reason, are not comfortable or if that is not a boundary you want crossed, PLEASE, tell me!
