how to draw with a mouse without line tools/vectors (G)
So I know most people now use some type of tablet for digital art but if you can't afford a tablet or get off on turning your hands into this, here's how to draw with a mouse without line tools.
I feel that tutorials often overlooked the actual drawing aspect of mouse art. Yes, vectors and line tools will save you time and a potential hand injury but LISTEN! If you want to draw, like actually draw-draw with a mouse, try this out. I don't know how well it works on trackpad but it may do wonders for people with a computer mouse.
I discovered this when I was in HS but it was programmed into the mouse itself. It was a set of buttons or so that would adjust the cursor speed. I tried it out in MS paint and it gave me a lot more control with the lines!
Most mouses don't have that feature, but you can still go to settings!
Go to control panel and search up "mouse speed" and click "change the mouse pointer display or speed." You will be sent to mouse properties and will see a slider of sorts. I tend to go the second to slowest but you can have it as slow as you'd like. Click apply and see how it is! The lines may still be shaky especially if you don't have a steady hand, but you will definitely have more control over the lines therefore they'll be a lot smoother.
I deeply apologize for the horrible writing. I have no clue how to write to save my life.
