Tablet Issues! Please help (G)

The stabilizer and pen pressure completely broke after I edited the basic SAI stabilizer. It is now doing this exact same thing in GIMP, and Drawpile.
Things like the Wacom Desktop Center and Wacom Tablet Preference File Utility won't open due to a missing .DLL
This just started today. No issues until now.
I've tried reinstalling SAI, my drivers (3 times) and restarted my computer more than that. Please give me any suggestions!
