So here is a bit about me....
I am here to post art of my choosing. I will draw what I want, when I want.
I will not beg for commissions but I will accept them
I will not take requests though I may do gift art from time to time
**I AM NOT HERE TO BE YOUR RP BITCH SO PISS OFF**
Trolls and flamers have made me grow cold
You can blame them for none of my art being posted on the main page.
everything that I post, whether it is a commission, gift, or personal art piece,
will be posted in my scraps so that they can be privately viewed by a select few friends.
**Please Don't Fave My Art. I Dont want the publicity.**
time never ending
the end is the beginning
the beginning is the end
in the end time stands still.
Love is all that will remain

Updat on a year of hell....... (G)
...
I figure wth.... journals are hardly read anyways right... So may as well get a few things off my chest...
......
Below is a small history of why I say that bad luck follows me no matter what I do....
_______________________________________________________________________
It has been 6 years now that I have lived in my manufactured home... I bought it through a 'back-room' deal for $100... Nice right? well here's the catch, the first 6 months was spent cleaning up the house from the 18 months of dog, cat, and rat piss and shit that had accumulated..... Finding out that the sub-floor was degrading to the point that it 'flaked' away any time that you swept it. *Floor is/was particle press board* So I had to put down a sealant/adhesive to keep it from degrading any further and then put a vapor barrier down so I could put new ABS sub-floor down. Cost $798
That fixed one issue, but then came the first winter.... half the pipes broke under the house due to not being insulated and the central heat died.... Cost to repair and replace pipes $437 Cost to replace dead element and all circuit breakers in central heat furnace $198...
Not even a month after fixing the pipes, hubby (at this time still only fiance) and I started smelling an odd mold oder and found out that one of the bathroom's tub walls was leaking and making the sub-floor degrade (again) and had to tear out the bad layer and replace it as well as replace the wall boards, and replace the bad shower surround... Cost $179
During all this mind you, I was working a FT job as was hubby. I lost my job in the following spring after a slip/fall incident that re-injured my back from an accident when I was 12 and the workman's comp claim was denied due to the fact it was a re-injury and not a NEW injury... however the house issues subsided, the drama and bad luck did not go away.... After that I worked at Home Depot... LOVED that job. I got to use my carpentry knowledge and help all sorts of people with their DOY jobs... until one day while doing a restock, my spotter failed to see one of those fire hose holders that sit at the end of the isles and I ran into it, cutting a huge gouge into the power cord... Both of us were fired for this for destruction of company equipment (apparently those power cords on the cherry pickers cost around $350 to replace) ... so again my bad luck strikes ..... My next job was at an adult novelty shop... Fun job, for a pervette like me ^_^; ... Until the store manager was caught stealing money and merchandise from the store..... The corporate office came in and within 2 days, fired everyone and had a new crew already working...
It was a big blow because my hubby and I had gotten married just 2 months before this mass cleanup of theirs...... I found another job again, fairly quickly, within 2 months, working at the airport as a ramp agent... I didn't mind this job, hours sucked though... This job lasted a year....
**CONTINUED**
So after working as a ramp agent for a year, I confronted my boss about being put full time (I was already working 40-50 hours a week) as per the paperwork that I signed when I started, I was told then that there had been changes to their policies... And only those that were Leads and above were full time... So I spoke to my supervisor about this and found out they already made another girl on the crew a lead (Mind you she acted like a true tramp and would flirt with EVERYONE including me, AND she had only been with the company 3 months....) This pissed me off to no end... So this was one of the few job I had ever actually QUIT.. Fucking favoratist bastards.... I already had another job (UNION!) lined up that paid almost a buck more an hour WITH benefits... and enjoyed working there catering aircraft's until the inevitable happened ...... A new GM wet behind the ears from corporate came in and wanted to 'streamline' the whole process and make it a 'lean' location... Meaning unjustified layoffs unless other **FALSE** reasons could be given for firing employees.... Well I was falsely accused of using a truck that was supposedly out of service... and was fired, fought for 3 months to get my job back through the union and all that time not getting ANYTHING for unemployment (the company told the unemployment office more lies to try getting my benefits denied) I fought BOTH and though I lost the union grievance, I did at least win against the company for my unemployment....
While all this was going on I was also trying to get my security certification... and I got my first security job February of 2010. Daughter was born May 27th but ..... then the inevitable happened yet again... Yall prolly heard about the FedEx merger that happened January of this year... Well the security company I was working for was doing the guard work for one of their LTL AND their Freight sites... and hours were going to get cut... So this was the second job I can remember quitting after lining up another security job... I started working for this one in october of last year... only to be fired **AGAIN** for an incident that happend while I was not even ON THE CLOCK!!! And yet again the company tried to get my benifits denied and guess what ... They failed MISERABLY! Fuck if this would have been a union job... I would have been able to sue their asses for the wrongful termination but alass I could do nothing since their probationary period was a full 6 months... not 3 like most companies....
so that job was lost feb of this year., and now we get into where the major depression issues come into play..... As alot of you know a long string of unfortunate events all happend within a short time frame.... but for those that dont here goes.
....
June 30th, one of my parents 2 vehicles transmissions died leaving them with one car... No biggie right? no direct link to me so not all that big on it's own.... Their second vehicle is a 4x4 truck since they live out in BFE....
July 3rd... My father is diagnosed with non-lymphatic throat cancer. Oh and he is unemployed.. has been for 4 months and only has cobra insurance through his last employer.
july 4th I find out about it AND the car.... I start looking for commissions and donations to help get my mom and dad a new-used car so father can get to treatments when mom is working...
July 20th or close enough... MY computer goes belly up with a fried motherboard and hard drive just after uploading the last auction pic that was paid for....
I make a total of just around $230 give or take, and find out that a friend of a FA friend has a car they can donate but they may as well be on the other side of the country but I still give all the funds that I had made to my Mom so she could go get the car and drive it back to Oregon.
Father is now in the last stages of his Chemo treatments and cancer is in remission....
one friend of mine donated money to me on my birthday to get a new motherboard for my computer, but working of off a tiny 80Gb HDD from my old system ...... I still get the blue 'stop' screen from time to time (AKA Blue screen of death) But it is just something I will have to deal with at this point.
I still need a job....
My security certification expired in September
and now house issues are cropping up again and we have no money to move or fix the issues....
Our credit sucks due to my bad luck with employers and being unemployed so much for so long.....
Both of my cat's are sick and one almost died due to a run-in with a raccoon, she is getting better but will have a nasty scar once fully healed.
And now.... My husband is in the hospital with possible pancrititus
If it were not for my daughter... Chances are I would curl into a ball and just die.
Depression sucks the life from you, but that little girl is the one light that keeps me going and if hubby looses his job not only do we risk loosing our home.... We risk loosing our daughter to the state child welfair system.... That of course being the worst case.....
Poke me with a fork, if one more thing goes tits up... I am throwing in the fucking towel.....
I figure wth.... journals are hardly read anyways right... So may as well get a few things off my chest...
