Hello there! I recently moved from the profile CA11IE. The reason for this is that I used to be infatuated with a character who belonged to someone else. I was never in a real relationship up to that point, and so I kept her in my head and heart all the time. But that never felt truly right to me, especially seeing as she wasn't my character. The original artist never had a use for her, but it wasn't right for me to not only think of her as my imaginary love, but to also embody her character in second life. So I created a character named Callie (The original character's name was Kelly mind you) and I used her name as my profile name, with a small difference since I think I remember the name "Callie" being taken. But even after I made my own character after Callie and what I wanted her to be, I realized she represented what I used to be. So I made an actual fursona for myself, hence Schadow came to be. He is not only my fursona, but his human counterpart is the main protagonist of the novel I am working on. And Nix, the character I have commissioned many times
now, is who I created to help me move on from Callie. Nix is a snowy white fox who is the partner of my main protagonist in my novel, and is the only anthropomorphic character in the story, at least mostly. Of all the characters in my story, she is my heart and soul. She is Schadow's love and life. The main reason I created this new profile besides the name change is to Have a place for their art, to bring them to life visually and let people see them as they progress through their lives, and perhaps even fun simple activities they do when they're not training or fighting to help the world.

"Schadow" is a word from the early middle english language, around or before the year 900. It doesn't just mean something dark, or something looming. It can mean something good, something protective. As someone stands before you, their shadow over you, ready to defend you. A shield meant to guard.

"Nix" is Latin for snow. She is a snowy white foxy. Seems to fit :3
