A note to those who don't know: YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO ASK A SURCHARGE TO COVER PAYPAL FEES.
Stop asking for it. It's in the TOS guys.. Raise your prices instead. And DO NOT ask to be paid in friends and family.
You can get your paypal bricked and it doesn't give you coverage against chargebacks and theft.
