Can a broken promise be a good thing? (G)

Of course it can! I promised that I wouldn't post any more of my story until next week because I was going on holiday but that was before I discovered there was internet access in just about every bar and cafe here. Who could have guessed that a place up in the mountains would have so much internet access? Nobody, that's who! I have posted another chapter and will probably post yet another before the end of the week. Stay alert for chapter 13, it could leap out at any moment.
