Hello, Ladies, Gentlemen, and everyone else! You can call me Rover. I'm a writer, a poet, an artist, and a generally goofy sort of thing. My talents include awkward photoshop and writing. I'll also be drawing from this point out, and I'm getting better.

So, what is a Michigan Dogman? An Ohio Werewolf? Well, let me fill you in. They are considered a cryptid similar in shape to a sasquatch, but only in general shape and size. They have canine features, generally about the head, often they have tails and digitgrade legs, but reports vary. They can move on all fours, but are most notable for standing on two. The structure of the forelimbs varies as well, some reports suggest that the creature has humanoid arms and hands. Some declare that the limbs are more similar to a dog or a bear. Dogmen are often described as having glowing or reflective eyes, often red, and are covered in black or at least dark colored hair. They have been reported to emit sounds akin to screaming.

I can't say if I believe in them or not, but I don't agree with anyone who says that these creatures are inherently evil, or that they are otherworldly in any way shape or form. If Dogmen do exist, then they are animals, no different than wolves, bears, or human beings. If they are ever discovered, if proof is ever found, I'm ninety percent sure it'll be confirmed that they are in fact of this earth, and just as mortal as any other creature.

They are my absolute favorite cryptid.

I also have a fondness for werewolves, and a huge love of werewolf films. Specifically, werewolf films that are either B-Comedies, such as Wolfcop, or straight horror films like The Howling. I have no interest in werewolf romances for multiple reasons that are too long and wordy to list here.
