ACT 01: Flash Back: Forgotten Promise
[Chapter:001:A New Beginning from a memory]
*Is... this my home? Where am I? Why do I have to remember I don't want to I DON'T WANT TO..* "Hey wake up!" She said. "I don't wanna!" He said. "WAKE UP I didn't come all the way over so you can miss the day you have been talking about for years!" She yelled. "Five more minutes." He said lazily. "Arkuren Wake up!" Grabbing the sheets she pulls Arkuren out of bed into the floor.*Is that me?* "Ow my head what the hell Alara what you do that for?" Arkuren complained. "Don't "what the hell" me! You have have to go and finish your combat training and I already graduated the academy and I am not going to let you sleep through the whole day and fail your finals because you decided to sleep!" Alara raved. "wait you already graduated!?"Arkuren asked. "Yes earlier today remember I was to be a Pilot Engineer AND a Fleet Admiral" Alara explained. "That was TODAY!?" Arkuren asked. "*Damn your thick* YES it was today yours is too if you pass" Alara said. "*Stares at clock* OH NO I am going to be late!" Arkuren rushes out. "Now you move." Alara said jokingly. "No not today!*takes a rushed shower* I won't let him beat me! not today!" Arkuren exclaimed as he rushed to collect his things.

*A ghost?* No I am not I have been watching you. *You can hear me?* Yes and you need to remember this ALL of it. *But why?* you'll see *Wait who are you?* I seek the good in the universe and I find it.. this is your "second chance" but you want to know who I am?.. A few moment pass as Arkuren attempts to collects his things and Alara waits for Arkuren.

"Okay do you have everything? *I know you way to well*" Alara asked. "I think so?" Arkuren said "Are you sure you do remember last time?"Alara questioned. "Yea... Yea I have everything." Arkuren said.

Arkuren leaves with Alara pushing him out the door. Forty minutes later they enter into the main hall of G.U.G. Universal advanced combat training academy & school for the gifted.

"Okay this is it at the end of this either you succeed or fail as everyone expects but I know you better then that. *Hopefully he does but I am so not sure*" Alara explained "Why are you being so nice?" Arkuren questioned "Would you rather I bit your ears off?" Alara laughed "All right then lets do this!" Exclaimed Arkuren "So you actually came I would say good luck but you will just fail anyway you will never be a soldier of the Galactic United Government" A voice said "YOU!! WHA.." Arkuren was interrupted "Look I don't have time for your petty argument if you want to settle something do it on the upcoming battlefield *Whispers as he passes* however you will fail just like last time everyone knows it too." He laughs "Well fuck you too Graxis you don't have to be such a ass." Arkuren said aggravated "Ha ha he he And you will never be nothing more then a weak fool *arrogantly* you will never beat me even if you do you will most likely just be nothing doing but cleaning the scum off my boots." Graxis said venomously "*holding Arkuren by his jacket collar* No its not worth it just calm down and get to your training you don't need to fail over being taken to the hospital. *Why do you always have to act like this around him?*" Alara sighed "*Calming down* Fine... but I will show him and everyone I am not worthless I will become better them him... and everyone that thinks I can't protect anyone that I can't do anything I will pass and I will become the greatest pilot the G.U.G. will ever see!" Exclaimed Arkuren "Sure and you will be a great general too. *Oddly I think he could do it when he gets like this but...*" Alara laughed "Ha ha he I wouldn't go that far I prefer to be in the thick of things *childish grin*" Arkuren explained *They both walk to Arkuren's Training Area Prep room* "Good luck Arkuren don't disappoint me or ~I will hunt you down~ and you know how that goes" Alara threatened playfully "*Struck scared* Y..Yes M..Mam *Oh god she will kill me if I don't pass I know it*"

A twenty minutes pass Arkuren equipped in full mechanical pilot suit ten minutes prep time left until his Test and Arkuren leaves for his assigned Mechanical.

"Heeey Arkuuuren~~ Looks like all of us will be in the same unit your mechanical should be ready to go I worked on everyone's Mechanical myself" She said "Huh? oh hay Bella whats up?" Arkuren lightly "Your late Arkuren if we fail I am blaming you" A Croc leaning on the wall said annoyed "Well at least we still have ten minutes left Aldran now everyone ready? I may be late but y'all have no excuse." "Yes sir/Fine"Both Bella and Aldran said "Well then no worries then just do what you two do best and and make sure I don't get in front of you two" Arkuren calmly "Umm Arkuren?" "Whats up?" "Well why should we not get in front of you?" Bella curiously "Well to be Honest I am not very good at avoiding friendly fire" Arkuren embarrassingly "Why are you the Squad leader again?" Aldran interrupts "Its cause I keep focused and I may go on my own but either you two do your own thing or cover me either way just tell me ahead of time" Arkuren bluntly "I hate babysitting" Aldran slightly annoyed "Anywaay so aren't there supposed to be four of us?" Arkuren confused "Well he was here then he went to go get something" What he get?" "Well he didn't say he should be here any minute then anyway" "Okay soo..." Oh here he is Leonis hay he is here we should get going!" Bella interrupting Arkuren "Sorry it took so long I almost forgot my K.E.E." Leo nervously "No worries we have five minutes left we should get going and make sure I don't get in front of you" "Wait what?" Leo confused

The team prepares with what little time left and waits at the first battle gate for the final Test to begin Arkuren ready to fight for his very life if needed.

"Okay every one set? After we win this and pass its on to our own paths together or apart and all that watch your flanks and make sure you aim well." Arkuren excitedly "Best piece of advice all day""Yea lets do this!""Okay Leo this is your final Test *breaths deep and calms*" All in unison

The memory fades Arkuren's tears fade he remembers something something important three years later.
