Back on FA again! (G)
10 months agoHello everyone! I am back on FA again, after being relatively quiet for a while. Commissions will remain closed, but I will be posting Adoptables regularly again!
I also had a huge vet bill to cover last month, so I will be posting more adoptables in the coming weeks to recover the funds that I had to spend on the vet bill. The vet bill is covered, thankfully I had some savings that could cover it - I just want to rebuild my savings.
( My cat is okay! He had an upper respiratory tract infection that didn't get better with normal treatments/antibiotics, so he had to be admitted to the animal hospital. He had to stay for two weeks before he was well enough to be allowed to come home again, one and a half weeks of which was in a high-care or urgent care facility. ( basically animal ICU ) During his stay he also had to get an esophagostomy tube placed, so that the vet could feed him bigger meals. He couldn't eat on his own, so the tube was a huge help. He lost a lot of weight unfortunately.. But he is much better and is recovering very well. He is eating A LOT and is already starting to regain the lost weight. The tube has since been removed as well! He was sent home with more antibiotics and finished his last dose today.
He has another two follow up appointments booked at the vet, two weeks apart from each other, to make sure that his recovery is going smoothly! )
