It is your responsibility to read and agree to my terms before commissioning, trading, or receiving free art from me.



When commissioning me, please provide a reference sheet, art, or a description of the OC(s) you'd like for me to draw, a description or reference of what you'd like, and your PayPal for invoicing. You are required to pay for your commission within 24 hours. Failure to pay within the timeframe will result in your commission being canceled.



The pace I go depends on my schedule, my workload, my mental health, and my physical health. It could take a few days to a month depending on these factors. If you are not patient about that, please do not commission me.



There are no refunds after the linework has been completed and approved.



I will message you updates and previews on your commission. You are allowed to request any changes during the process. There is no extra charge, and you can request as many changes as you need. Only one change can be made within 30 days after the commission is complete.



When you are given the final product, you are allowed to upload the art, use the art as emotes, stickers, profile pictures, banners, etc. Please credit me when you do any of these! If you need my social media tags, please let me know.



You may not put my art through AI generation.



If you are rude to me during the process, or if I find out you're an unfavorable person within the community, you will be blacklisted and your commission will be scrapped.



If you are blacklisted for any reason, you lose all ownership to the artwork(s) you've received from me. This includes gifts, trades, previews of work-in-progresses, and art using past names. You are required to remove my art from wherever you've uploaded it. If you refuse to comply, or have blocked me in advance, you will be sent a DMCA, as well as have a public beware posted on my social medias.
