In light of the recent fiasco with Furaffinity, the new member of staff and other bits and pieces I've heard, I've decided to jump ship to Weasyl. I can not use a website where the owner, Dragoneer, so carelessly and forcefully defends, but then adds a rapist to the staff, whom I'm sure have access to my private messages and such. That said, I'm going to rant for a bit, and then I'll let you get back to your lives.

There is no excuse for rape. Read that again. Let it sink in. NO EXCUSE. Ever. There is no "she/he/they was asking for it" card here. If you're going to not only defend a rapist, but then put him on staff (Yeah, I'm looking at you :dragoneer: and :zaush:) you are no better than the sick bastard who did the deed in the first place. I am ashamed to say I used to use this website.

Very few times have I spoken out publicly about things like this, I fume in silence, hoping and hurting for the victims in situations like this, yet I have broken the silence, the silence that echos and only diminishes every time a journal like this (go ahead, delete this one, I have screenshots and backups) is deleted in a feeble, disgusting attempt to cover this up.

Yes, Dragoneer, Zaush. Continue to hide and cover your fuck-ups. Hell has a special place for people just like you.

That said, my condolences to the victim, my thoughts and hope is with you. May you find justice after this has all finished.
