Rammstein is THE most hilarious band because they truly went and released an untitled album +20 years into their career, while their first album has a song named "rammstein", so rammstein's rammstein doesn't even have the privilege of containing rammstein

Anyway I've been a fan of them since I was like..... 10?? My introduction to them was a Spanish parody song called "tu hamster", and most of their songs have a very special place in my heart. Especially sehnsucht's entire repertoire.
So anyway! The first time I listened to this new album it felt like all the songs were blending into each other and like nothing stood out, and I was like, oh no, have they lost their edge?? but after a couple of listens while shading a dyke-y drawing..... It really is a sound album! Popular opinion but puppe is incredible, and rn I have radio playing in my head over and over again as I try to sleep

If I'm honest I'm not quite sure why I'm writing this journal? It kinda feels like no one writes journals just for the heck of a it anymore lol..... But yeah, I'd be lying if I said this band wasn't important to me, i guess their have been comforting thru the bad times, and an inspiration through the mediocre ones? Also highly relatable, considering they pumped out one album after the other the first ten years of their career, only to go radio silent for the next ten. So it's like, yeah, if r+ can release a new album after 10 whole years while they're grandpa aged (it's always been the same 6 dudes in r+ and have stated they'd dissolve if one of them wanted to quit bc it's just for fun, how cool is that??), I can also do art NOW after 4 very very chaotic years where I was barely able to sit down and draw

Idk. R+ is cool. And I like them a lot. Yeahh
