Grow a pair, someone insisting to speaking with you because they want to clear thigns out does not constitute harassment, simply bothering them to speak of stuff for the heck of it is.

I am sick and tired of being accused of it more times I can count simply because I needed to clear things out, this is how I lost my chance at love with a girl here from the community thanks to someone's accusing me of it.
