Hello! For my clients' convenience I decided to put my T.O.S. in a journal.

Purchasing a commission or YCH commission indicates reading Terms of Service and agreeing with them.

I WILL DRAW EVERY CHARACTER

PAYMENT:
- via paypal
- upfront (48h after auction ends, in case of YCH)
- in USD
- I can do holds/wait for payment, but note me about it

REFUND:
- ask me if you need one. I can refund your payment, but i will still charge for the amount of work that I’ve already done
- length of my to-do list is not a reason for refund. Please respect that in order for you to receive the best art piece possible, I need to work at my own pace
- once a commission/YCH is finished, the payment is non-refundable

WORK:
- I do not accept deadlines, BUT if it’s supposed be a gift for someone's birthday or any other special date, let me know earlier!
- I'm not doing queue, I don't necessarily work in order the slots were taken. But I keep it in mind.
- You can ask about your commission WIP anytime, or express the wish to receive WIPs regularly.


RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
- you can use your commission file, post it on your page, just credit me in description.
- I reserve rights to post done commissions on my sm/ use as an advert.
