TOS Updated As Of 4/21/24


By purchasing a model or commission from me, you agree to these terms.

Payment

- Payment is in USD via PayPal invoices (other payment options negotiable but I vastly prefer invoices).
-Half Payment is expected up front for commissions. Full payment will be made once the commission is ready and must be paid before I send you the product.
- Payment is expected up front for anything ready to purchase
- No refunds.

3D Commission Terms
-Half payment for commission is required up front after we have discussed a timeline, expectation, and price.
-Digital commissions can take up to two weeks to fulfill. Physical commissions will take longer.
-If you purchase a physical product, you will receive a tracking number once it is posted.
-Postage is NOT included in the price of the product. I will provide an estimation of the postage and you will be responsible for paying it.
-I will provide updated (watermarked) pictures as I work. Revisions can be made if necessary during this process.
- Once bought, you own the model and can use it for whatever. I would STRONGLY PREFER you do not use my designs in any racist/homophobic/transphobic/ableist/etc content. Unfortunately I cannot control this, but if I come across it, I reserve the right not to sell to you again.
-I retain no rights to the model and will not sell it or upload the 3D model anywhere.
-I reserve the right to use images of the model in my portfolio. If you want your commission to remain private, I will charge you an extra $10USD.
- You MUST be 18 or over to buy a NSFW view. By buying this, you are verifying that you are 18 years or older. If you lie about your age, I am not liable, and if I find out you've done so, I will never sell to you again.
- You may NOT use any design you purchase from me as an NFT.
- You may NOT use any design you purchase from me for anything AI-related.
-I reserve the right to refuse a commission


Other Terms
-I will NOT create ANY NSFW content for any underage character. Absolutely no exceptions.
- I do not do feral NSFW commissions. I will do NSFW for anthros, but anything feral must be SFW.
- You may NOT use any design you purchase from me as an NFT.
- You may NOT use any design you purchase from me for anything AI-related.

If you break these rules, I reserve the right not to sell to you. These terms may be updated as needed.
