PROCESS
- Order Requested: You submit a Note with your initial order request.
- References Received: All references and details are submitted as needed.
- Transaction Finalized: I confirm with you the total price of your order.
- Payment Submitted/Received: You submit your payment through PayPal.
- Initial Draft: I submit an initial draft for review and finalizing. One large change permitted.
- In Progress: Your piece is in progress. Two minor changes permitted. Updates may be requested at any time.
- Finished Piece: I submit your final piece and your order is complete.

By commissioning any order from me, you agree to the following terms indefinitely:

PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payments must be processed through PayPal. When submitting a payment, include ONLY your handle in the notes. Work begins after minimum 50% deposit has been received. Completed work will only be submitted after full payment has been received.

TURNAROUND
Your commission order will be placed into a queue based on the time your minimum payment has been received. Turnaround time will vary depending on the length of the queue. Updates may be requested at any given time through the duration of your order. Deadlines are not preferred, but may be negotiated.

CHANGES/ALTERATIONS
After your commission order has been started, you will be sent an initial draft to confirm the posing and composition of your piece. At this point, you are permitted one large change to the posing or structure of your piece. Beyond the initial draft, two minor changes will be permitted. Any additional changes beyond this may be negotiated and may incur additional costs.

REFUNDS
Client Cancellation: Before work has begun, 100% of your total commission price is refundable. Once work has begun, 50% of your total commission price is non-refundable. After commission work is completed, your total commission price is non-refundable. No exceptions.
Artist Cancellation: If, for whatever reason, I find the piece too difficult or discouraging, I reserve the right to cancel an order at any given time. If this happens, a full refund will be issued back to you with no security deposits being held.

COMPLETION
Once your commission order is completed, you will be sent the highest-resolution file available. You are permitted to post your commission online wherever you would like under the condition that appropriate credit is provided and the signature/watermark remains in tact.

CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
"Flipping" a custom design is only permitted under the following conditions: 1.) Original credit must always be supplied to the new purchaser. 2.) The custom design may not be sold to another party for a price greater than the original price the design was commissioned for.
