If anyone reads this chances are we've never spoken. You don't know who I am and like the title says that's okay. This journal is just a new thing I'm trying as a stress/anger release since I'm sure no one will read it. My life has been kind of a shit show for as long as I could remember. My childhood had a lot of fighting between my parents, I was always shutting people when j needed it most and I was taking in other people's problems when I had my own that weren't resolved. Spent time in the army and sad to say I only brought very little back that would be considered useful. Got back home and nothing changed, my 8 year relationship ended, some friends aren't friends anymore, I hardly speak with my family, and what happiness I had in school is basically completely gone. What's the point of it all? What's the point in living if life is just filled with stress and anger for me? I've tried finding ways to cope with it but they all fail aside from smoking and drinking and that's not a good way to deal with stuff. Anyways I just wanted to type this out to HOPEFULLY feel better. If you read through this thanks for caring even if you don't reply you still to the time to read it and I thank you for that. I really hope my life turns around and gets better, cause I fear the worst if it doesn't
