Hi All.

A matter of content theft was brought to my attention earlier today regarding a bondage cross asset I created and posted on Smutbase several years ago for free download. All Smutbase posts have been deleted as of an hour ago but It was stated on that asset post that such content are free to use as long as I was credited with the assets creation.

It was brought to my attention that the game called. Crime Scene Cleaner has violated that term of service by failing to credit me as the assets creator in any way.
(If anyone knows where I can locate this game to inspect it for myself and get in contact with the game creators I would appreciate the effort.)

The asset they used has been retextured but is clearly the asset I created.

The Smutbase assets will not be put back up. However I will upload them onto my discord server for anyone to download free as I have better control of them this way and irrefutable proof they are mine.

If anyone reading this has used this asset themselves in their artwork without credit I'm not mad at you I would just like credit for the time and effort I put into making these items that over 1800 people have apparently used.
