Here are my prices I've roughly outlined:

$40 - Base pony with sculpted/painted mane; no body, eye or cutie mark painted (Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Cheerilee, Scootaloo)
$45 - More complicated hair dos (Rarity, Cloudchaser, Pinkie Pie, Mrs Cake, Fluttershy) or plus one accessory (Applejack, Applebloom)

Additional Costs:
+$25 - Full body repaint + eyes + Cutie Mar k (Minus $10 if there is a pony with base plastic colour available such as Rarity turned into Vinyl Scratch)
+$10 - Boy face mod
+$7 - Feathered Hooves
+$10 - $20 - Accessories/Clothing (Bow Ties, Pipbucks, Aprons, Collars, Hats, shirts, etc)
+$20 - $40 - Full body modifications (Extensions such as Fleur De Lis/Luna/Sapphire Shores, Shortening or changing overall body shape, including different species such as grifons and zebras)

Minus $10 if own brushable Base is provided. Also noted is that I can only work on ponies I can get locally, so if you want a base such as Lyra Heartstrings, Trixie or Cherry Berry, you either must track down the official toy yourself OR bite the bullet and purchase the Full Body repaint. I will not work on Celestia/Cadence Bases unless you provide the base as they come in expensive sets. This extends to customs such as Season 2 Luna/Chrysalis/Nightmare Moon
